Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or project management and three years of professional marketing experience
- Committed to the values of initiative, responsibility, caring relationships, integrity, & innovation
- Demonstrated leadership and team building experience
- Strong experience interfacing with clients or internal stakeholders to cultivate projects and campaigns, while guiding what is feasible within constraints of budget and time resources
- Experience creating integrated marketing campaigns and calendars that serve as guides for marketing team
- Experience using KPIs to set guidance, strategize, and optimize campaigns
- Experience managing team resources, with the ability to prioritize in a changing environment
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or Microsoft Suite is preferred
- Experience with Google Analytics or marketing analytics tools is preferred
- Experience with marketing technologies and CRMS such as WordPress, HubSpot, MailChimp, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
- Ability to learn new software and tasks quickly and with accuracy
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Responsibilities
Business Functions
- Plan marketing campaign strategy and tactics for Shipley Energy brands to retain existing customers, attract new customers, and maximize gross profit
- Allocate and manage marketing product line and brand budgets
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, suggesting adjustments based on findings
- Establish and maintain relationships with outside vendors to create, publish, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns
- Manage marketing events
- Design, manage and optimize marketing projects
- Develop and optimize systems of work and standard operating procedures
- Facilitate project management software for marketing team, providing detailed campaign information and clarity
- Ensure marketing deadlines are met and within budget
- Communicate with marketing team and business unit stakeholders about current and upcoming projects
- Develop product knowledge of Shipley Energy and brands’ product lines
- Stay up to date on current marketing best practices, trends, and leadership skills.
Process Improvement
- Create campaigns, projects and project structures for team to follow in project management software
- Lead internal and external marketing software changes that will create team efficiencies and better customer experience
- Identify efficiencies for process improvement and assist with testing and implementation
Customer Engagement
- Follow-up with all customer inquiries within one business day or less
- Align team to provide marketing, sales, and management with analysis and reporting on an ongoing basis
- Coordinate team to cultivate and moderate content Shipley Energy uses to create a safe, vibrant, and informative environment
- Guide team towards ever-improving customer experience that increases customer lifetime value and longevity
- Provide all customers with consistent, quality service in accordance with company procedure
Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
