Shipley Living is recruiting for a hospitality focused Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team!
We are currently seeking Part Time C N A's for all 3 shifts.
This position does require to work every other weekend.
The starting rate is $19.00 and will increase based on your of experience.
We do offer a great shift differential for 3pm-11pm ($4.00) and for 11pm-7am ($3.00)
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Certified Nursing Assistant :
- Assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising.
- Gives treatments, performs tests, carries out procedures and collects specimens as instructed.
- Reports and records observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures and specimens when indicated.
- Transfers, transports and escorts residents as needed.
- Answers signal lights promptly.
- Changes bed linens, makes beds and keeps rooms clean and orderly.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have :
Successful completion of a State of Delaware geriatric nursing assistant training program.
Prior geriatric nursing aide experience is preferred.
Registration with State registry required.
Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic.
Ability to document care given.
