Shipley Living is recruiting for a hospitality focused Driver to join our team! This position is responsible for transporting residents to grocery store, monthly outings and extended trips as scheduled; assists in performing housekeeping duties as required.
3-4 Days per week. 8am-5pm
Starting pay rate : $16.50. Pay rate will increase based on years of experience.
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Driver :
- Drive bus and / or automobile on regular schedule to meet resident needs.
- Assist Director of Life Enrichment in assisting residents on and off bus, tracking attendance and coordinating equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, canes etc.).
- Load groceries and other purchased items into bus / van.
- Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance.
- Clean and wash vehicles.
- May perform housekeeping functions as directed.
- Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy.
