Job Description

Shipley Do-Nuts continues the pride and tradition on delivering the finest Do-Nuts and kolaches in the business. Shipley Do-Nuts is a gourmet product made fresh daily. The company offers excellent customer service, clean stores and friendly employees who love our Do-Nuts as much as our customers do.

We are looking for honest, friendly, courteous, hard-working individuals to serve our valued guests.

Shipley Do-Nuts is a fun and fast-paced environment where you will be treated with dignity, courtesy, and professionalism. If you enjoy working hard with an uplifting, supportive and caring team then Shipley Do-nuts is where you want to be.

Crew Members assist the management staff in operating the restaurant. This includes :

Taking customers' orders
Preparing food made to order
Cleaning the dining room and all areas behind the counter

All applicants for the Crew Member position should exhibit the following skills and behaviors :

Great interpersonal communication skills to work as a team

Basic knowledge of food preparation and operations procedures

Able to follow recipes and both written and verbal instructions

Previous experience not needed but must have an attention to detail

Be responsible and on time to help us deliver the best customer satisfaction

Smile and greet guest giving excellent guest experiences

Physical Requirements :

Must be 16yrs or older

Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis.

Ability to grasp, push, pull & pick up objects

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Ability to perform various repetitive motion tasks
