We are looking for an individual to help with the daily operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working and able to undertake a variety of office support tasks. This person will be comfortable working with attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Responsibilities
- Communicate order status to customers via phone or email
- Prepare estimates for the cost of print orders
- Advise customers on printing options
- Filing and/or pulling prior jobs for repeat orders
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
Skills
- Professional telephone & email etiquette
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Offset printing knowledge very helpful (not required)
** Wage negotiable based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
