What You?ll Be Doing:
Generate and issue accurate client invoices
Process payments with precision and efficiency
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Handle data entry and tracking to ensure seamless financial operations
Request and process additional data and client requests promptly
Calculate and process credits with attention to detail
Collaborate with internal departments on financial projects
Assist with various departmental tasks to support company growth
Provide account and payment status updates
Manage collections professionally and effectively
What We?re Looking For:
2-5 years of accounting experience
Strong communication skills to engage with clients and team members
Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to adapt, multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus, but not required
Additional Details:
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: In-person Monday through Friday
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year
