What You'll Do :
- Lead & Inspire – Motivate and mentor your team to meet daily goals with efficiency and enthusiasm.
- Oversee Warehouse Operations – Manage workflows, prioritize tasks, and ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Hands-On Support – Work alongside leads and team members to complete orders and pack shipments.
- Optimize Efficiency – Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve productivity.
- Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution – Address employee concerns and resolve issues to maintain a positive work environment.
- Set Clear Expectations – Communicate daily goals and performance standards to drive accountability.
- Adapt & Execute – Stay flexible, make real-time decisions, and move team members where they’re needed most.

Salary : Starting at $65,000 annually plus generous PTO and other benefits
Shift : Five days in-person, including one weekend day (required).
