What You?ll Be Doing
Order Management
- Create and process purchase orders with accuracy.
- Monitor order statuses to ensure on-time delivery of goods and services.
Vendor Relations
- Work with suppliers to confirm pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
- Build strong vendor relationships and help resolve order discrepancies.
Data & Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate records of suppliers, purchase orders, and contracts.
- Assist in generating procurement reports to track inventory and performance metrics.
Ensuring Compliance
- Verify product quality and specifications meet company standards.
- Keep documentation up to date and filed correctly.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work with finance, operations, and logistics teams to streamline purchasing processes.
- Assist in managing inventory shortages or overstock challenges.
