Your Role: Lead, Inspire, and Elevate Care
As the Director of Nursing, you will be a key leader responsible for maintaining the highest standards of patient care while guiding and supporting a dedicated team. Key responsibilities include:
- Staff Leadership: Supervise, train, and evaluate nursing staff to ensure excellence in care.
- Goal Setting: Establish departmental goals and track progress to ensure top-tier performance.
- Policy Development: Create and implement effective nursing policies and procedures that align with best practices and regulatory requirements.

- Clear Communication: Foster open communication with physicians, patients, and family members to ensure transparent updates on patient health and care plans.
- Staff Meetings: Schedule and lead staff meetings to discuss patient updates, issues, and collaborative recommendations.

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from an accredited college or university.
- State RN Licensure in PA
- 2 years of experience in a healthcare facility or related setting, with a solid understanding of skilled nursing care.
- Strong Critical Thinking & Adaptability: Ability to think critically and make quick, informed decisions in dynamic situations.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and drive success.
