What You’ll Do
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the overarching strategy for technology partnerships, ensuring alignment with ShipperHQ’s growth objectives
- Ownership of Partner Ecosystem: Build, nurture, and grow relationships with partners, from initial engagement to long-term collaboration
- Integration Development: Work closely with product and engineering teams to identify integration opportunities that add value to customers and partners
- Co-Marketing and Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive joint go-to-market strategies and co-branded campaigns
- Negotiation and Deal Structuring: Lead complex negotiations and finalize partnership agreements that deliver measurable business impact
- Performance Optimization: Monitor partner performance and integration success metrics, providing actionable insights and continuous improvement plans
- Industry Representation: Represent ShipperHQ at industry events, partner forums, and trade shows to enhance our brand and expand our network
- Market Insights and Innovation: Stay ahead of technology trends, leveraging insights to inform strategic initiatives and drive innovation
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as a liaison between partners and internal teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless execution
Experience:
- 7 years of experience in SaaS or e-commerce, with at least 3 years in a senior-level role managing technology partnerships
- Proven success in developing and scaling strategic technology partnerships, with measurable outcomes
- Exceptional ability to build and sustain high-value relationships with technology partners
- Strong technical acumen to understand and advocate for integration opportunities
- Expertise in negotiating and structuring complex partnership agreements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making and performance evaluation
- Visionary and strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Highly self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Passionate about technology and its potential to transform industries
