Location: Park City, KS | Full-Time

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, fostering strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Understand customer objectives and challenges across all product lines—signage, vehicle graphics, awnings, and more—to provide tailored, value-driven solutions.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction, identify improvement areas, and gather actionable feedback.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams (sales, design, production, and installation) to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Provide training and guidance to customers on the functionality, maintenance, and benefits of our products and services.
- Prepare and present accurate estimates and quotes for customers based on their specific needs and project requirements.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to assess project requirements and determine costs for materials, labor, and timelines.
- Monitor customer engagement, proactively addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
- Use CRM tools to track customer success metrics, generate insights, and optimize processes for customer satisfaction and retention.
- Represent Shire Graphics as a trusted advisor, offering strategic recommendations and best practices to help clients achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop campaigns that meet client needs and drive mutual growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role, preferably in signage, graphics, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong estimating skills with the ability to calculate costs for custom projects accurately.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, adept at juggling multiple priorities and timelines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and an ability to leverage data for customer success initiatives.
- Analytical skills to interpret customer data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- A proactive problem solver with a customer-first mindset.
- Sales experience or familiarity with upselling and cross-selling techniques is a plus.
