Job Details
Note: Need 10-12 years of experience.
Should have 7 years Team Leading experience, excellent communication skills and refined organizational skills.
Preferred PMP or PMI or Scrum Certified
Establish project delivery plan and track progress & milestones.
Experience in managing customer teams and coordinating well with all stakeholders
To be responsible for the project administration and the production of project documentation, e.g. project plans.
To monitor and manage the project process and track progress against milestones, deadlines and budget. Report on these items to key stakeholders.
To anticipate, manage and resolve issues and act as the point of contact for the project.
To use best practice risk management, assessing risks in an informed and considered manner and to plan for the mitigation of these risks.
Provide support and assistance in the promotion and adoption of Program & Project Management best practices.
Understanding of Waterfall, Agile, Scrum Methodologies.
Experience in managing SDLC processes and project documentation for better project execution, resources management, cost control and timely delivery/implementation of the project.
Experience of creating and tracking the required Documents at different phases during SDLC Process.
Self-motivation is essential, should demonstrate commitment to highest quality standards
Understand business & project requirements and prepare Detailed Documents required at different SDLC phases (Waterfall/Agile/Scrum methodologies)
Manage project teams and lead monthly resource planning meetings.
Work with the product management, UX, design, and software development teams to define / determine timelines for each sprint/module/task.
