Job description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions for a Randstad client in Washington, DC. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, customization, and integration, as well as the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and project managers to ensure seamless implementation of business requirements. The ideal candidate will provide strategic technical leadership, optimize system performance, and drive innovation to enhance Salesforce functionalities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and Design Solutions: Develop scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutions that align with business needs and industry best practices.
Technical Leadership: Guide development teams in implementing Salesforce configurations, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and API integrations.
System Administration & Optimization: Oversee system architecture, security settings, user permissions, and workflow automation to enhance platform efficiency.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, business leaders, and end-users to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Customization & Development: Leverage declarative and programmatic Salesforce capabilities, including Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and custom development with Apex and JavaScript.
Integration Management: Design and implement integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
Deployment & Data Migration: Lead the deployment of Salesforce solutions using best practices, including metadata API, change sets, and data migration using Data Loader and SOQL.
Performance & Compliance: Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Salesforce trends, releases, and best practices to drive ongoing system enhancements and optimizations.
