Job Summary :
The Business Analyst Independent Contractor is responsible for providing the management and internal teams with business reporting grounded in data that will inform decision making and strategy setting. Reports relate, but are not exclusive, to our brands’ sales performance, market context, competitors, distribution, and pricing. This role collaborates with both our Travel Retail Americas and Latin America Region Local Market divisions.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities :
- Obtain, manage, and structure data from the company systems, internal and external sources
- Maintain and build dashboards that allow in-depth analysis of business performance and facilitate data communication throughout the organization
- Produce sales business summaries derived from SI / SO dashboards
- This independent contractor role supports strategic business planning and budgeting processes, preparing data for in-depth analysis
- Collaborate with other functions (Sales, Marketing, Education, Finance, Operations) to contextualize data
- Work in conjunction with our regional offices (New York and Singapore) to capitalize on their initiatives and request their assistance on specific projects
- Populate sales data into visualizations on a monthly basis and support data preparation and visualization for upper-level management
