About our Team: The Retail Operations team is responsible for driving process improvements and changes that enhance the customer experience and maintain stores to achieve retail excellence. We work closely with cross-functional brand teams to identify, plan, and refine operational processes, focusing on both Visual Merchandising and Store Maintenance.

We work closely with cross-functional brand teams to identify, plan, and refine operational processes, focusing on both Visual Merchandising and Store Maintenance.
What You’ll Do
- Create the Fall 2025 Visual Merchandising order templates based on the new Fall VM guidelines.
- Assist in fulfilling Sell Thru Field Visual Merchandising requests.
- Share updates with the Sales Communication team for publication via SCOOP (Sales Communication & Operations Online Portal).
- Monitor repair vendor performance via portal to ensure work orders are completed timely and accurately. Communicate any delays or changes to projects.
- Assist in ad hoc operational projects relating to Repair & Maintenance, Visual Merchandising, and Field Sales.
- Must be a rising Junior or Senior in college working towards a bachelor’s degree
- Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and highly organized
- Energetic, self-motivated, results oriented
- Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced, safety-first work environment
- Have a passion for cosmetics, the beauty industry and keeping up-to-date with industry trends
