We are seeking enthusiastic interns for the Shiseido Hajimari Summer Internship program, a paid, full-time, 9-week experience from June 2nd to August 1st. Based in our New Jersey and New York offices, this program offers hands-on exposure to the full product life-cycle, from Marketing to Manufacturing, along with impactful projects, networking opportunities, and professional development workshops. Responsibilities :
- Develop clear and concise documentation - Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for supply & demand teams
- Support the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables for business process optimization initiatives
- Assist in scheduling and facilitating project meetings, including preparing agendas and follow-ups
- Lead a small-scale value-added project under supervision, focusing on an aspect of S&OP for the Business Process Optimization team
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at the end of the internship
