Job Description:
Toast to Toast, located inside the Holiday Inn Cleveland, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and lead our team with professionalism and enthusiasm. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage, train, and motivate staff to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control costs to maximize efficiency.
- Assist in menu planning, pricing, and promotions to drive sales and guest engagement.
- Address guest feedback and resolve any issues to enhance the dining experience.
- Work closely with hotel management to align restaurant operations with overall business goals.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory control and cost management.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a valid ABC Server Permit as required by Tennessee state law.
