Machine Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating and maintaining various types of machinery, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety standards. You will play a critical role in our production process, contributing to the efficiency and quality of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment according to specifications and safety protocols
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to ensure efficient operation
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to set up and adjust machines accordingly
• Maintain accurate production records, including quantities produced and quality checks
• Conduct quality inspections of finished products, identifying and reporting any defects or issues
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and enhance production efficiency
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment
