Job Summary
At Shively Motors, we are looking to hire a full-time Service Advisor to join our growing team. As Service Advisor, you will be the primary contact with customers for scheduling and maintenance of their vehicles. You will work with customers and technicians to keep vehicles serviced and running correctly, while also providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
• Meet with customers to discuss their automotive service needs
• Schedule service appointments
• Order vehicle parts and materials
• Diagnose customer issues and relay to technicians and service managers
• Create and explain repair estimates to customers
• Utilize company software to manage documentation
• Maintain and foster professional relationships with customers and vendors
• Recommends additional repairs and services
Requirements
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or other automotive service role
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license and automotive maintenance/repair certifications
