Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities in home and community settings.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Foster effective communication and build rapport with clients, utilizing skills in behavior management and special education as needed.
- Document client progress and participate in care planning meetings.
- Drive clients to appointments and community activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
