Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized assistance.
- Utilize collaboration sales techniques to enhance customer interactions and drive sales.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process orders accurately.
- Demonstrate product knowledge through engaging product demos that highlight features and benefits.
- Upsell additional products by identifying opportunities during customer interactions.
- Supervise junior staff and trainees when necessary, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or a grocery store environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with customers effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations is advantageous.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
- Experience in upselling techniques and product demonstrations will be beneficial.
- Working in-person with customers and managing in-person interactions with excellent sales numbers.
