Are you a driven business professional eager to develop your career by contributing directly to business success? SHL is seeking a Commercial Operations Manager to join our AMS team!

This Operations manager will be an influential partner to both Sales leadership and individual contributors. The role will provide insights, analysis, and guidance to drive action and improved outcomes. This role leverages strong relationships across multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Process Improvement: Streamline commercial operations processes, implement top practices, and guide system enhancements for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Order to Cash: Supporting sellers throughout the O2C processes to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Enablement: Providing in-region enablement on sales tools and processes in coordination with our global enablement function. Driving adoption of best practices and adoption of new tools.
  • Business Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to your aligned sales leader to ensure adoption of SHL’s strategic initiatives.
  • KPI Reporting: Deliver accurate monthly forecasting and KPI insights to help data-driven decision-making for the aligned sales function.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Provide insights to assist business initiatives, projects, and outcomes.

What We Are Looking For From You

  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a collaborative approach to work.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, commercial, business, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of commercial operations and drivers of profitability.
  • Experience with CLM tools including Salesforce.com
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking techniques with attention to detail.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication techniques, able to present data and insights clearly to commercial stakeholders.
  • A degree level qualification is desirable but not essential and/or equivalent/relevant industry experience.
  • Readiness to travel domestically when required.
