What are the responsibilities and job description for the Joint Roller position at SHO Products LLC?
Leading the way in solventless extraction, we are now venturing into a new product line of donut holes. Rosin Tech Labs took 2nd and 7th place two years ago at Emerald Cup and proudly took 1st, 5th and 6th place at last year's competition. We have sold to over 200 locations across California since our release in 2019. We will be taking our award winning hash and putting it into joints and need your help! We need an expert roller, someone who is skilled in rolling hash holes. Someone that is confident in their work and doesn't mind doing a live audition. Qualifications
- 1 years experience hand-rolling joints professionally or personally
- Sit for extended periods of time
- Work efficiently and perform repetitive tasks for up to 8 hours in length
- Adapt to a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and leadership
- Detail orientated with an eye on process improvement and optimization
- Handle constructive criticism and guidance and offer the same to others in the department
