What are the responsibilities and job description for the Solventless Lab Technician position at SHO Products LLC?
Calmeds Farmers Union is a California licensed cannabis manufacturer, a sub entity of Labs, LLC that produces products ranging from edibles, ice-water hash and rosin for some of the most well known and respected cannabis brands in the industry. Labs, LLC regularly services a variety of our products to over 200 licensed dispensaries. Our operations take place in over 200 square feet of licensed manufacturing and distribution space in Torrance, CA. Calmeds is currently looking for qualified individuals to join the facility team and take part in making infused products and solventless material. Experience is not required but is preferred.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma / GED.
- Must be local to the LA area.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
- Must have a vehicle to get to work everyday.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
- Must have a positive attitude and outlook.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Work in cold environments.
- Must be able to work on their feet for long periods of time.
- Must be able to quickly adapt to new work requirements and procedures.
- Employees must be able to follow basic instructions in addition to taking constructive feedback from their managers so they can maintain the pace and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Packaging and labeling products.
- Mixing ingredients and infusing edible recipes
- Checking to confirm weights on products are correct.
- Inventory tracking.
- Keeping up with production timelines.
- Clean all equipment and stations at end of shift.
- Communicate with team leaders and other members on the progress of your work.
- Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude.
- Able to learn new tasks effectively.
- Propose new products, variants, and manufacturing innovations as appropriate as per market trends.
