Job Type: Full-Time, W9
Employee Shifts: 12-Hour Shifts, 7 Days a Week (5 weeks on, 1 week off)
Hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM SHOA Logistics is seeking a dedicated and reliable Sand Coordinator to join our growing team in West Texas. If you're looking for an opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, dynamic environment, this is the job for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Light Maintenance: Must provide your own tools to perform light maintenance on equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely.
- Coordination: Maintain close communication with dispatch and capacity department to ensure the smooth operation of company driver slip seat operations. Specific details provided upon hire.
- Vehicle Requirements: Must have your own vehicle for travel, though a company fuel card will be provided.
- Shift Work: Work 12-hour shifts, 7 days a week for 5 weeks at a time, with 1 week off for rest. Week off is not compensated.
- Man Camps & Meals: On-site man camps and three meals a day will be provided during your working shifts. Additional Requirements:
- CDL-A (Commercial Driver’s License) is encouraged but not required.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems as they arise.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to commit to long shifts and work in challenging conditions.
Compensation:
- Starting pay $18.00 per hour
- Paid as a W9 employee.
- Direct deposit weekly.
