What are the responsibilities and job description for the CRNP position at Shoals Primary Care LLC?
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP)
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate and manage patient care
- Prescribe and monitor medications, including psychopharmacology for mental health patients
- Conduct utilization management to ensure appropriate use of healthcare resources
- Provide pain management interventions and treatments
- Assist with dementia care and support for patients and their families
- Perform esthetic laser treatments as needed
Qualifications:
- Valid CRNP license in the state of practice
- Graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner program
- Experience in pain management, psychopharmacology, and utilization management preferred
- Knowledge of Cerner electronic health record system and ICD-9 coding
- Proficient in IV insertion techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
