Summary:
Shoals Technologies, a global renewable energy organization, is hiring a Weekday Days Floor Manager. The Floor Manager is responsible for ensuring that all floor requirements are met. Role will include supervising all floor activity including assisting customers, monitoring staff, and managing inventory.
Responsibilities:
- Staff supervision
- Train staff to perform allocated roles
- Inventory Management
- Assist Project Managers with queries and/or requests
- Manage floor hours through Paycom for full staff
- Collaborate with Scheduler to ensure proper floor mix
- Manage 5 to 6 Supervisors Daily
- Lead the Production Control Team to make sure correct job orders are released to the floor.
- High school degree or equivalent GED
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial position
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Microsoft Excel Skills
- Highly organized
