Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy to support the company's growth objectives, brand positioning, and market penetration in the solar, eMobility, and BESS industries.
- Lead and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration, professional development, and a culture of excellence.
- Drive brand awareness and brand equity through consistent messaging, visual identity, and innovative marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing and sales efforts, support lead generation, and optimize the conversion of leads into customers.
- Manage the company's online presence, including the website, social media platforms, and online advertising, ensuring optimal user experience and effective lead conversion.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in the solar industry or renewable energy sector.
- Minimum of 7 years of direct people leadership experience.
- Deep understanding of the solar, eMobility, and BESS industries, market dynamics, and customer needs, including knowledge of the regulatory landscape and industry trends.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness.
