As a Retail/Barista Associate at Shocco Springs Baptist Conference Center, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for guests. Your primary responsibilities will include operating the point of sale system, performing regular stock and inventory operations, and learning all functions of the coffee bar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
- Learn and promote merchandise, share about sales, and create opportunities for adding on sales.
- Accurately receive, price, stock, and evaluate inventory in the POS system.
- Stock merchandise on the floor properly and in a neat manner.
- Work independently at The Station 2.0 concession stand selling recreation tickets, food, and beverages.
- Learn and operate commercial kitchen equipment including but not limited to convection oven, popcorn machine, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of Guest Relations Division.
- Assist other departments and teams as needed.
