Your MISSION: Ensure projects align with business strategy and deliver value by bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that business needs are met effectively.
Responsibilities:

Write clear and well-structured product requirements and documentation in the form of development ready requirements / tickets and communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders to identify needs and objectives

Identifying business problems and propose solutions that enhance processes, systems, and overall organizational performance

Create specifications/plans to implement analytics in mobile and web applications and work with clients to help them understand these recommendations and how they relate to the user experience of the solution

Foster a climate of understanding and collaboration conducive to establishing positive working relationships with teams and clients (internal and external) by acting as a liaison between business units and technical teams

Support data discovery, analysis and modeling that provide insights that drive strategic initiatives in order to identify opportunities Shockoe may capitalize on and define how Shockoe will measure success on the solutions we create for clients

Create and maintain detailed documentation, such as business cases, functional specifications, and process maps, to support project implementation

Competencies and Experience:
-
10 years of business analytics experience leveraging data to solve business problems and prioritize product development
-
Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, finance, or a related field is often preferred.

Has some experience helping businesses manage customer relationships and digital content using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and CMS (Content Management System)

Extensive experience taking high level epics and transforming them into user stories

Deep understanding of software evaluation with the ability to matrix out how a software does or does not meet the needed requirements

Understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum and Kanban best practices

Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation and workshop facilitation skills

Able to remain calm and focused under pressure while retaining a sense of urgency
-
Data-driven thinker with meticulous attention to detail with excellent planning, organizational and time management skills

Ability to quickly learn, work autonomously, and adapt to new projects & products with minimal supervision
-
Ability to leverage data to solve business problems and prioritize product development
