What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:
- Create killer designs that our clients, their customers, and fans will love. Period
- Work with developers to make sure your vision is executed perfectly (and push back when it’s not)
- Jump into discovery sessions and help define what success looks like—then make it happen
- Build and maintain design systems that are as functional as they are beautiful
- Lead by example in critiques, offering feedback that’s constructive and clear
- Stay curious. Keep up with trends, tech, and tools so our work stays fresh and forward-thinking
- Evangelize design with clients and stakeholders. Show them why it’s worth investing in and how it drives results
What You Bring to the Table:
- You’re a Figma wiz (or Sketch/XD—just know your way around). You keep files clean, organized, and dev-friendly
- You’ve got a portfolio that speaks for itself—beautiful, functional, and full of personality
- You understand and can explain design systems, accessibility standards, and modern frameworks design and development frameworks and toolsets
- You know how to guide clients through the creative process, helping cross platforms teams see the bigger picture while nailing the details
- You’re not afraid to lead. Whether it’s a project, a workshop, or a critique, you know how to inspire and elevate the work
- You sweat the details but know when good is good enough to ship. Deadlines are sacred, but quality is everything
- You know how to communicate—whether it’s to a client, a teammate, or someone who doesn’t speak design
- Minimum 10 years working in a visual creative role at an agency or consulting firm (digital software/web/apps preferred)
- Experience as a Creative Director, Design Director or similar function leading design efforts on multi-month efforts showcasing the full cycle of product development and iteration
