Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Greet and assist customers warmly, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.
- Act as a knowledgeable resource for customers, answering inquiries and providing product recommendations based on their preferences.
Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of our product range, staying updated on new arrivals and product features.
- Educate customers on product use, benefits, and safety, emphasizing our commitment to promoting responsible exploration.
Sales and Upselling:
- Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions, ensuring they find the products that best suit their needs.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to maximize sales and upsell related products or accessories.
Store Operations:
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that products are neatly displayed and priced accurately.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently through our point-of-sale system.
Compliance and Privacy:
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including age verification requirements and customer privacy guidelines.
- Create a judgment-free and discreet shopping environment, prioritizing customer confidentiality.
Customer Feedback:
- Gather and relay customer feedback and suggestions to the store management team to improve the shopping experience continually.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a respectful and non-judgmental attitude towards customers.
- Interest in promoting a positive and inclusive environment for adult exploration.
