Job duties include:
- Preparing hot and cold beverages for Shodair staff and guests
- Reviewing menus and special diets
- Following all proper cleaning procedures
- Removing any and all expired food items from fridge and freezer
- Assisting in serving meals on the units
- Assisting kitchen staff with food preparation

Requirements
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE;
- Required education and experience—None.
- Preferred education and experience—High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE
- ServSafe certification and local health department certification required.
