As an MHT, you will provide support to children in their day-to-day lives while maintaining a safe environment and utilizing therapeutic communication skills. You will use patient diagnosis/problems/needs and the treatment plan to help other unit staff guide care for each child in an individualized manner.
The ideal candidate is someone who:

- Is self-directed
- Is looking for a meaningful career
- Can maintain appropriate boundaries

Requirements
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE;
- Required education and experience— High school diploma or equivalent. Must be 18 years or older.
- Preferred education and experience—Some experience working with children or in a healthcare setting.
