Starting salary : $50,000. Commensurate with experience.
The Sample Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the successful execution of marketing campaigns and merchandising initiatives by efficiently managing the flow of shoe samples. This position requires meticulous organization, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, Vendors).
- Collaborates with Marketing to identify and request shoe samples for various marketing initiatives.
- Coordinates sample collection from internal teams, vendors, and retail stores.
- Manages sample requests, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery.
- Organizes and labels samples accurately, preparing them for photography.
- Maintains accurate inventory records of all samples throughout their lifecycle.
- Builds and maintains positive relationships with vendor partners.
- Effectively communicates sample requests, track shipments, and address any vendor issues.
- Provides administrative support, including filing, data entry, and other marketing tasks as needed.
