We are seeking a reliable, experienced and motivated Retail Keyholder to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the store manager in overseeing the daily operations of our retail store. This role requires a strong background in retail sales, inventory management, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, a focus on employee development, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Duties:
- Closing the store responsibly with the possibility of having to open.
- Assist the store manager in managing the sales floor, including merchandising, inventory management, and visual presentation.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
- Oversee the sales and customer service teams, providing coaching and feedback to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products.
- Conduct employee orientations and provide training and development opportunities to improve performance.
- Participate in the development of sales promotions and in-store displays.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Make nightly deposits to bank.
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation to work.
- Punctuality is a requirement.
- Proven experience in retail sales and management, with a focus on customer service and sales growth.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees and customers.
- Ability to lead and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Experience with sales management and training development.
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to learn rapidly.
- Cash handling and math skills are required.
