As a Retail Assistant Manager, you will help lead the team to achieve sales goals while maintaining our commitment to quality and service.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and staff supervision.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are met and maintained.
- Manage inventory control processes to optimize stock levels.
- Support shift management by scheduling staff and overseeing daily activities.
- Conduct training and development for new employees on retail practices.
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
- Implement promotional strategies to drive sales and enhance store performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with inventory control and retail operations is essential.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
