What you should know:
The Sales Associate assists the Store Manager with daily operations of a shoe store in order to maximize sales and maintain operational company standards.
· Retail experience preferred.
· Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
· Must have a passion for excellent customer service.
· Must be available various hours, including nights and weekends.
· Must be able to operate company computer systems.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their shopping needs, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Process transactions accurately using the cash register and handle cash with care.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to enhance the shopping experience.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and assist in merchandising efforts to promote sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to ensure a positive shopping experience.
