Salary Range: $68,640-$68,640
This is what a day at work may look like...
- Examine financial data for accuracy and inspect accounts.
- Create reports and collate data to compile tax returns.
- Published monthly subsidiary financials.
- Reconciled merchandise inventory.
- Making journal entries in the ledger for accounts debited and credited.
- Preparing balance sheet and income and loss statement at the end of the month.
- Be open to taking on other responsibilities within the Accounting Department as time permits.
About you...
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
- Understanding of GAAP and its application in a retail company
- 3-5 years of experience
- Computer Savvy, Excel Guru
- Self-starter, time-management, and ability to take ownership of projects
- Enjoy working with other departments to achieve set tasks? Perfect!
