What you will do:
- Greet our customers and guide them through their shopping experience.
- Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories to customers.
- Ring up sales in computer, take cash/run credit cards/do discounts, etc.
- Help re-stock the sales floor.
- Keep things neat and clean in the store.
- Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and training the store sales team.
- Assist with coaching and discipline of the store sales team.
- Lead the rest of the team to ensure the best customer sales experience.
- Prepare deposit and make deposits at the bank.
- Process freight and set the sales floor as it arrives.

What you need:
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and have personal transportation to take deposits to the bank.
- Want to teach others how to sell and learn how to be a people manager.
- Willing to open/close the store, knowing that there may be times that you are alone in the store.
- Willing and able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Can kneel, twist, bend, climb a ladder, reach, stoop and lift 25-50 pounds.
