The Retail Store Manager is encouraged to drive the business by connecting with the community through events and partnering with businesses to supply their employees with the shoes they need. Our teams are also encouraged to better their communities by lifting local charities to help those in need.

- Supervise the store sales team to achieve sales, customer service and profitability metrics.
- Greet our customers and guide them through their shopping experience.
- Sell Shoes, apparel, and accessories to customers.
- Ring up sales in computer, take cash / run credit cards, run discounts, etc.
- Help re-stock the sales floor.
- Keep things neat and clean in the store.
- Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training the store sales team.
- Maintain staffing levels and write / oversee store schedules to best meet the needs of the business, including a manager on at all times.
- Leading, develop, and coach the store sales team.
- Lead the rest of the team to ensure the best customer sales experience.
- Prepare deposits and take them to the bank.
- Process freight and set the sales floor as it arrives.
