Duties

- Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and make informed decisions regarding product placement and promotions.
- Develop marketing strategies to enhance store visibility and drive sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive shopping environment for customers.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll management, and reporting.
Requirements
