Responsibilities

- Utilize retail math to analyze sales data, manage inventory levels, and optimize pricing strategies.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to ensure high performance and adherence to store standards.
- Conduct interviews for potential new hires and assist in onboarding processes.
- Maintain effective communication with team members regarding promotions, sales goals, and operational updates.
- Oversee budgeting processes to ensure financial objectives are met while maintaining store profitability.
- Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
Experience
- Proven experience in retail management or a supervisory role within a retail environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Familiarity with store management functions including inventory control, merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and team members.
- Proficient in administrative tasks related to store operations including scheduling and reporting.
