Loss Prevention Investigator
SHOE SHOW, INC., the country’s largest privately held footwear retailer in business 64 years with more than 1,000 stores in 47 states, is seeking an experienced Loss Prevention Investigator to join our team. The geographic area of responsibility will include but not be limited to, TX, LA, AR, NM and OK.
What you should know:
This job is primarily an interviewing role. Other than the time you spend travelling, you will be interviewing employees about their job performance and to the extent that they have engaged in mistakes at SHOE SHOW, INC., the details of those mistakes, and why they did so.
What you will do:
- Focus on cases to identify non-compliance through exception reports, behavioral observations, and employee tips.
- Work with Regional Directors, District Managers, Store Managers and Store Associates on all things Loss Prevention related.
- Employ Company’s interview technique (which is similar to Wicklander-Zulawski) while conducting conversations.
- Deal with sensitive and confidential loss prevention information and issues discretely and ethically.
- Travel extensively.
