Job Summary
Shoebacca, a leading e-commerce site specializing in footwear, is seeking a detail-oriented and innovative E-Commerce Specialist / Listing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channel listings, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Attention to detail, ability to prioritize and an understanding of eCommerce product listings, Amazon, eBay and ChannelAdvisor/ Rithum will allow you to excel in this position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee listings and resolutions across third-party ecommerce platforms, including Amazon, eBay, TikTok and Walmart.
- Communicate with Seller Support teams from third-party platforms and ChannelAdvisor/Rithum to troubleshoot and resolve listing errors efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including merchandising, operations, and IT, to align product data, resolve discrepancies, and enhance listing performance.
- Audit listings regularly to identify and resolve errors, ensuring platform compliance and optimal visibility.
- Maintain accurate product information and listings across all marketplaces, with an emphasis on minimizing error rates.
- Stay updated on platform policies and marketplace trends to ensure listings comply with standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 2 years experience managing listings on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or other third-party marketplaces.
- Experience with ChannelAdvisor/Rithum is a plus; ERP experience (e.g., Acumatica) is preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Background in the footwear industry is a plus.
- Basic data entry experience with a focus on accuracy.
