Essential Job Functions:
- Support Operations Department with a variety of tasks such as updating processing receipts and maintaining purchase order records, computer tracking
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Drive the duty drawback process
- Process inbound receipts in MAS and AREV
- Generate ASNs for material receipt
- Item Set up Vendor set up in AREV / OI
- Provides internal and external department support
- Maintain monthly purchase order files
- Validate invoices
- Takes initiative to develop and implement new processes and procedures when necessary
- Performs related / additional duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Strong product knowledge
- Good mathematical and analysis skills
- Demonstrated customer service orientation
- Accurate and professional written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Driven to meet goals, generate results and overcome objectives
- Possess good computer skills, and knowledge of computer software (Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite). NetSuite experience a plus
- Meet deadlines for completion of the delegated task
Education Required:
- Minimum of a high school diploma general education degree (GED), or equivalent combination of experience and education
- 2-3 Years of experience in a related field and/or position
