Responsibilities
- Assist chefs and cooks in food preparation tasks, including washing, chopping, and measuring ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Help with the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations for service.
- Support the cooking staff during busy periods by providing timely assistance as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
- Buss tables and assist with serving food during events or busy service times.
- Participate in inventory management by helping to receive and store supplies appropriately.
