Service Advisor/Writer

Position: Automotive Service Advisor
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (No weekends!)

Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding 5 star customer service.
Communicate efficiently with customers about vehicle repairs and needs.
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their needs and concerns. Recommend and sell additional services based on technician findings to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and customer service goals.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic setting. Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred, but not required .Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
