Shoney's Waynesville is seeking a food and beverage server to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience. Key responsibilities include taking accurate guest orders, preparing and serving beverages and desserts, and ensuring food orders are prepared and served in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Take accurate guest orders and assist with any menu or food bar item questions.
- Prepare and serve beverages and desserts as ordered by guests.
- Anticipate guests' needs and ensure they have everything required to complete their meal.
- Follow up with guests to ensure their meal is satisfactory and if additional service is needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact positively and professionally with guests and coworkers.
- Ability to organize work, manage multiple job duties, and maintain composure during peak operational periods.
- Prior experience in food service and/or preparation is preferred.
