Key Responsibilities:
- Shred, cut, and slice fruits and vegetables as needed for the salad bar.
- Identify, portion, and prepare salad bar items according to established guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen work station and serving station at all times.
- Ensure all salad bar, vegetable, and meat bars are fully stocked and clean throughout service.
